I want to draw 3D objects (like, rectangle, cone, etc) but of irregular shapes. The objects should be multiple in numbers (i.e., more than one object). How can i draw these objects and also fill it?

Use patch() to build the objects. If you want to be able to manipulate the multiple objects independently then use one patch() for each object; if you want them all to respond the same way (e.g., fixed positions relative to each other) then you can use patch() with disconnected regions.
3D objects cannot really be filled, but you can configure their face colors so that they cannot be seen into.
