Use IIR coeffs generated by FDATools

Hi, I'm trying to implement a IIR Low Pass Filter using a Pic32 and getting the coeffs bt FDATool generating a C header. The flow chart of the filter (as reported into the microchip library) is as in the picture. The file I get from Matlab is attached. I don't know hoe to use it thought.
Any help would be higly appreciated!
