mixed methods analysis of covariance (ancova) in matlab

4 views (last 30 days)
We collected data in experiments asking N subjects to complete a task that was scored on a scale between 0-48 (in increments of 1). Each subject repeated this task twice: pre- and once post- an experimental manipulation. Data using a physiological measurement technique was collected from each subject during the manipulation and yielded a score ranging continuously between -1 and 1.
I was looking to run a "mixed methods analysis of covariance (ancova)" on these data with pre- and post-scores as a "within subjects" variable and the physiological measurement score as a covariate. My collaborator does this using SPSS.
Not being too familiar with the statistics toolbox in Matlab, I was hoping to someone could point me to the right set of functions to try and achieve my goals.
Thanks!
