Rolling Spider pairs successfully, however "open services" list is empty.

Background: I'm trying to setup a rolling spider drone to connect via bluetooth following instructions here: https://www.mathworks.com/help/supportpkg/parrot/ug/connect-parrot-minidrone-to-computer-using-bluetooth.html and here: https://www.mathworks.com/help/supportpkg/parrot/ug/minidrone-not-found-by-bluetooth-scan.html
Issue: The device does not appear under "Audio and Video" however, I can successfully add it if I search under "All" devices. Now when I go into "Open Services", the list is empty and the PAN option does not exist. See screenshot below:
I checked the bluetooth settings and PAN is a supported service for my CSR dongle- see screenshot below:
Can anyone help?

Hi,
Could you tell me if you have completed the hardware setup screens?
The device will not appear in the Audio and Video devices unless you update the firmware by following the instructions mentioned in the hardware setup screens.
Also, it may take some time for the device to be visible in the Audio and Video devices list. Please try researching the device. If the firmware is updated, it should appear as an audio or a video device.

I have the same problem with a Mambo fly parrot minidrone.
My services list is empty, but for mambo fly it should be recognized as a game, not audio or video.
Actually I haven't deployed a model from simulink yet, I was just trying to configure the hardware, maybe could be this the reason why it doesn't see a NAP on the services?
My bluetooth dongle adapter is a CSR 4.0.
What can I do?
Should I install the RNDIS again?
thank you!
