Axes of gui not working

I am working on an executable file with four axes on which plots are made when checkboxes are checked.But there is no plotting on axes. Thanks

Until you follow Rik's suggestion, about all I can say is "you're not doing it correctly." You need to have code in your checkbox callback functions that will cause a plot to be drawn.

I want to mention that my gui is properly working, but after making it executable file causes the problem. While working in a standalone application the graphs are not visible,only blank axes are visible
