The CL output in Hinfsyn is a transfer function from which signal to which signal?

I am using hinfsyn to get a controller. I am not able to understand the output CL is a transfer function from what to what? Referring to the diagram in the hinfsyn documentation, is it the transfer function from w to z? Also, in my case I have to z (z1 and z2). So is it the reason I have two outputs in my CL state space representation? How does this whole thing work I am not able to understand. If someone could please shed some light on how does this function work in general and what is CL, it would help me a lot. Below is my block diagram.
