particleswarm on 2D array

i have a 1439x141244 array with features extracted from audio files. the features are pitch mfcc and nmf.All the feature are in single array NewSignal. Now i need to apply PSO (particleswarm ) on extracted features. how to do it please guide.

I do not understand what PSO is supposed to do here. PSO is an optimization algorithm. What are your control variables, meaning the things you can change? What is your objective function? Answer those questions, and we might have a chance of helping.
