N=100;
a = 355.5+7;
b = 355.5-7;
r = (b-a).*rand(N,1) + a;
figure
plot(r)
hold on
plot([1 N],[a a],'r')
plot([1 N],[b b],'r')

N=100;
a = 34.4+20;
b = 34.4-20;
r2 = (b-a).*rand(N,1) + a;
figure
plot(r2)

Please help me to rename the xlabel of the curve for a variation of r1 ( width of fiber) +-7%
N=100;
a1 = 355.5*1.07;
b1 = 355.5*0.93;
r1 = (b1-a1).*rand(N,1) + a1;
figure (1)
plot(r1)
hold on
plot([1 N],[a1 a1],'r','Linewidth', 2)
plot([1 N],[b1 b1],'r', 'Linewidth', 2)
ylabel ('Fiber width b_f \mum')
xlabel ('?????????????????????????')
