Neural Net Fittinの性能評価について

ニューラルネットワークフィッティングアプリを使用して特徴量13、予測値１のデータを解析したところ、下図のような性能評価を取得しました．こちらの図は学習の精度を示すものだと考えているのですが、具体的にタテ軸、ヨコ軸は何を表しているのでしょうか．
またこちらのドキュメンテーションを参照した所、他の図のような説明が無いように見えたのですが、詳細を記したドキュメンテーションは存在しているのでしょうか．
