Warning: "/Users/ayushkumar/Documents/MATLAB/Examples/R2020b/graphics/PlottingImaginaryAndComplexDataExample" selected using the Last Working Folder preference could not be
accessed.
Using "/Users/ayushkumar/Documents/MATLAB" as the initial working folder instead.

This means, that you have instructed Matlanb to use the last working folder (the folder replied by the cd command) is used as initial folder when starting Matlab. If you delete this folder, Matlab cannot start there anymore and selects another folder.
You can ignore this warning.
Or open the preferences and adjust MATLAB->General->"Initial working folder" with a folder, which does exist.
