3-D surface plot problem if Z is not a equation

If Z is a function of X and Y , Is it possible to plot surface using the following data. I can do this by Microcol Origin software. bt cant do by MATLAB without the equation of Z.
x= [66 66 66 66 66 66 258 258 258 258], y=[0.1 0.1 0.1 0.1 0.1 0.1 0.2 0.2 0.2 0.2], and z=[40 85 130 20 70 155 70 190 75 250],

What do you want to do about the repeated coordinates? You have several z values for (x, y) = (66, 0.1) for example.

Yape, you are right. Z=40 for (x1=66, y1=0.1),
Z=85 for (x2=66, y2=0.1)...and so on. The data have been collected from experimental investigation. Now, we want to know the nature of Z with x and Y. But, I failed to do by Matlab!!

Take a look at the trisurf command.

Would you like to clarify what you mean by "does not work"? Did you get an error? Did you get a plot, but it was not what you expected?
