Calculate Nth Cubic Correlation for RdRp

This multi-correlation code is to find the relationships between various RdRp structure, with N terminal and/or C terminal alignments.

The middle alginment is for fingers from human and animals' RdRp, the bottom alginment is for C terminal the thumb from human and animals' RdRp, the top alginment is for N terminal beta clip (COVID-19 oral antiviral biological target ) from human and animals' RdRp.
