VREED GSR physiological data is used for augmentation. The Firefly Algorithm, Deferential Evolution algorithm, Victoria Amazonica Optimization algorithm, Particle Swarm Optimization algorithm, and Harmony Search algorithm are available for data augmentation. You can determine the number of samples to be generated from the main file "VREED_Nature.m" and the number of iterations and population for each algorithm's file. The core of the optimization algorithm is regression by optimization to generate a new sample. Finally, you will get the MSE and Correlation Coefficient between the generated and original samples for comparison.
