IMAQCALC - Image acquisition calculator
If you are interested in acquiring image data, one of the questions you will undoubtedly ask is "How fast can I acquire image data?".
This is a very difficult question to answer. In most cases, how fast you can acquire image data will depend on various other parameters.
In certain cases, the acquisition rate will be limited by the bandwidth of the hardware bus being used.
In other cases, how fast you can stream image data to memory will be limited by the hardware's pixel clock, the image resolution and bit depth, and the amount of memory available on your system.
IMAQCALC is a MATLAB GUI that calculates various parameters influencing the acquisition rate, including image characteristics and hardware capabiltiies.
