This Non-extensive entropies are defined for non-ergodic non-Gaussian non-linearity of Einstein diffusion for Consensus of the genome sequence or canonical sequence, which is the calculated order of most frequent residues, either nucleotide or amino acid, found at each position in a sequence alignment. It is related to Multi Fractal pattern of large scale genome nature evolution interaction. This version 1 program estimates the entropies and correlation dimension over gene position based on inheritance (above) or mutation (below) the average similarity.
