How quantization is impletemented in matlab ( by quantization i mean either the conversion from floating point format to fixed point or the conversion from fixedpoint q-format to an other fixed point format)
Is there a function floating To fixed point conversion in matlab and how it works ?

how to generate an abitrary length colored noise when the PSD is know !
I want to generate colored noise samples of arbitrary length, I have the PSD of the noise in a vector of 512 elements !
