Program managers work alongside technical teams to make sure products are delivered efficiently and on time. Program managers perform the following functions:
- Steward product releases
- Work on cross-functional teams to plan, track, and execute product delivery
- Manage high-impact cross-team and cross-area programs
- Engage with key customers on product direction and requirements for cutting-edge technology
Top job candidates have previous experience in program management, development, or QE at companies developing highly complex and technical products. Candidates need sharp critical, technical, and communication skills to build relationships, solve problems, make decisions, and build consensus.
