Search in the FEX. There you find amongst other importent examples: FEX: GUI-layout-toolbox, 41 GUI examples, JavaSwingComponents, Dialplot (really "advanced"), FindJObj, UIComponent.

@Paulo: Dialplot is such advanced that it steals the user's attention from the actual problem. I'd better call it "fancy".
