I'm trying to get parameter estimation for my blocks in the simulink design optimisation, but when i go for a new transient data then it shows me that the model has no inputs. How am I supposed to deal with this problem? Please help!

If you want to inject your measured input data in the model, use one or more root-level Inport block for your models. If your measured input data is already in your model, for example using a From Workspace block, then you can ignore it. Having inport blocks is more scalable if you have multiple datasets.

I would like to add more question here! how I can arrange the time series of the measured data to match the simulink model in order to optimize the parameters. Thanks in advance
