how do I calculate laurent series in matlab?

Hi,
I have a problem with calculating the laurent series expansion in matlab. The problem is that when I call the function series in matlab, it chooses to run the function series from control systems toolbox. However I want to run the the function series included in MuPAD, which calculate a laurent series expansion (and more). How do I do this?
If anyone knows please answer. The help on mathworks does not provide any support for this. I am good at accepting answers

Hello Patrik, check out http://www.mathworks.com/help/symbolic/mupad_ref/series.html. What further support would you need?

First, use ver to check if the Symbolic Math Toolbox is installed. If it is simply type
mupad
to open the MuPAD and in MuPAD, as a test,
s := series(sin(x), x)
If this works you are good to go.

Ok I see, so the warning means that the function must be called in MuPad then? Not only that MATLAB uses the MuPAD interface? Because I tried to run the function in MuPAD and that worked completely well. It is only when I call the function from MATLAB I get errors.
