Resize image generated afer reading a video

Hello, I load a video in read mode on a matlab axis, I can resize it, but I can not resize the image generated by this video on the same axis

                   'colormap', []);

        for k = 1 : nFrames
            mov(k).cdata = imresize(read(xyloObj, k),0.55,'nearest');
        end   

        imag3 = imresize(imread('Image_finale.jpeg'), 0.55);
        axes(findobj('tag','ima3'));

        movie(mov, 1,xyloObj.FrameRate);

        imshow(imag3);
