To find the slope and aspect from digital elevation model image file

Respected, I have tried to read the DEM image file in .tif format and tried to calculate the slope of the particular image. I could not get the appropriate function to calculate the slope as well as the aspect of the image.

You started with a 3D Digital Elevation Model file and flattened it to 2D. Unless I’m missing something here, the slope of your .tif file is uniformly zero.
