Can I do Independent component analysis with just one row of data which is a mixture of two source signals?

Hello
I have a signal with just one row but it is a combination of two source signals. I intend to use some machine learning technique to separate those signals. I came across the ICA analysis but I think it uses a data matrix. Is there any way to use ICA or what other technique would be best.
I also think there is going to be a problem trying to validate the source signals when they are separated. In that case, I have the independent source signals available. How can I make use of that?

Hi,
Please refer to the following resource about performing independent component analysis.
Also, please refer to documentation of rica to see whether it will work with your data.
