Hello every body. I can not understand why the function of cscvn of matlab have 4*2*(n-1) coefficients. n is the number of x valeus.

      Hello Ashkan,
factor of (n-1) because n points --> (n-1) intervals, and the polynomials are defined on the intervals
factor of 4 because each polynomial is a cubic and has four coefficients
factor of 2 because each of x and y are defined separately and implicitly by a parameter that is related to arc length
