Simulink 'integrator' doesn't integrate.

I'm not good at english. Sorry.
I made simulink file to control blade angle.
These dynamics are nonlinear.
I made like this.

second 'integrator' works very well
but look second, third scope. They should be integration relation.
but look like just multiple gain.
why this situation happen??
