Plotting Magnetic field with arrows showing the direction

I wish to plot the vector field based on three dimensional data given in the file.First three columns are X,Y,Z cordinates.The other three columns with nonzero values are Bx By and Bz.I wish to plot a magnetic field plot in Y-Z and XZ plane showing arrows like given in the attached figure.What command should I use?.I have tried using quiver but it shows arrows in random direction from one point.
