I have a large data set of 3688*13 for 15 people with 13 features. I want to eliminate the missing points.

In this figure, for example, I want to delete the outliers data, then specify the time interval and subtract from the next instance time when both the data outlet and the similar time instance are deleted. I used this command to delete the data.
