The solution of Ricatti equation in Simulink

Hello
The Ricatti equation can be solved in matlab with function care(A,B,Q). But can you tell me how to use it in the Simulink ? I want to solve Ricatti equation in continuous time step of simulink. When ode is solved, new parameter A,B are generated. In this case how can one use care(A,B,Q) inside simulink ?
