What is Simulink, and what is its relationship with MATLAB?

I have good control on MATLAB, but I want to know what Simulink is, and what is its relation to MATLAB. Also, can anyone provide a link to a Simulink tutorial?

To sum it up, MATLAB deals with matrix operation. Simulink deals with differential equations in graphic. Simulink requires MATLAB to run.
Start with the document, go to Simulink>Get Started.
