question about distance of the image

I want to change the pix distance of the image with Millimeter.
In other words, what is the conversion from a pix length to millimeter?

It is 42. Seriously, you need to put an object of known length into your image and measure its length in pixels. Then you can have a spatial calibration factor that you can use to multiply your lengths in pixels by to get your length in mm.
