let me explain a bit about what I am trying to do.There are two toy cars a and b. One of them should track the other.I want to fix a cam on top of car a and acquire video feed to matlab. video is processed with my object tracking code. Then the car a is controlled using arduino based on tracking results. Can some one help me with the camera choice?

It took about 3 clicks from the image acquisition toolbox documentation to find that page!

Hi Harshwin,
You may have to choose one of the supported cameras based on your requirement and go ahead with implementation. As such it looks like there is no officially suggested wireless camera that you can use mainly because this may need you to use web browser to see the acquired video. This has been discussed in the below thread . They have also discussed there some workarounds to get one of the wireless cameras working as well:

If you cannot narrow down your choice based on specifications, pick any!
is a reasonable choice.

They should all work. For what it's worth, I use Lumenera cameras. Their tech support is very good and helpful.
