I have 2 arrays. I want to subtract b from a, but starting at the second element of b eg. 16-14, 24-20 etc.
The result should be: 2 4 13 7 5.
a = [16 24 30 27 30 35];
b = [6 14 20 17 20 25];

a = [16 24 30 27 30 35];
b = [6 14 20 17 20 25];
c = a(1:end-1) - b(2:end)
c = 1×5
2 4 13 7 5
