peaks ; number of local maxima. The peaks in the NDVI time series are defined through their prominence and distance to other potential local maxima. In my case, the peak threshold is given with a NDVI > = 0.4, a prominence (vertical distance between neighboring peaks) of at least 0.2 and distance (in days) between two peaks as 60 days. I am attaching the NDVI time series data as an excel csv file. I request you to please suggest me how to do it.
