Unable to launch State flow onramp

Hi,
I have installed State flow addon and I can open it individually but am unable to launch Stateflow onramp from Simulink start page, am getting this below error! Can any one help?error message

I'd first try restarting MATLAB.
If the issue continues, try uninstalling and reinstalling Stateflow using the Add-Ons Explorer.
If you still are not able to start Onramp, please contact Support
