Hello
I need the Adaptive Control Toolbox for a project in my University. I registered me at the following website
2 weeks ago and until now I don't get any answer. I hope anyone can help me.

I find some old postings from people who also had not received a response from the site for a week. I do not know if those people ever received a response.
The web site does not list any contact information at all, and the technical papers were all written by other people. With some tracking I did locate the president of the company. It almost appears to be a one-person company. I cannot currently prove, but the evidence is suggestive that he used to work in sales at Mathworks, has worked for a few other companies since, and currently works for a different organization and is a (possibly volunteer) adviser to another. It is possible that adaptivecontroltoolbox.com is a very part-time endevour and you might get delayed response or no response.
The owning company's domain is mathpros.com (but I am not certain there is any associated content). There are a number of different "MathPros Inc" in USA and a number with the very similar name "MathPro Inc" or "Math Pro" that are not the same company.
All-in-all I would suggest that you assume that you will not be able to obtain a copy of the toolbox.
