How to do it? Well, there is no simple tool that does exactly this. Maybe there could be, but it is not terribly common to need that I see. However, they may as easily be put in by hand, after the fact. The log scales on the axes would be a confounding factor to perform programmatically. Since a simple graphics editor would do it trivially, that is how I would do it.
