The coolant circuit doesn't work as intended, I don't get the intended flow from the centrifugal pump and the flow that I got in the pump doesn't reflect after branchings.

I’m working on simulating a cooling system setup that includes a shell-and-tube heat exchanger. The system has a constant flow rate on one side, and a centrifugal pump is used on the hot side. The pump branches out to cool two components before merging back together. Afterward, the fluid flows through a PWM-controlled three-way proportional valve, which either bypasses the heat exchanger or allows flow through it based on a specific logic.
I've attached the initialization parameters for all the blocks as a script file, as well as the flowchart of the circuit with the simulink model. Since I’m relatively new to Simscape, I would appreciate any help or guidance. Thank you!

The files you attached include two .slx files and a .png file. The models are missing parameter definitions. Appears that you left those out.
The seawater heat exchanger appears to be from a custom library, and it's missing the files needed, too.
