How to capture video from Raspberry USB webcam?

Hello, thanks for any answer. This is my problem, I'm trying to capture video from a USB webcam connected to my Raspberry Pi B+, but I get this error "Error in 'raspberrypi_inversion/To Multimedia File': Could not open library: tommfile.dll.". I tried to replace some DLL, but didn't work. What am I doing wrong? What might be the problem?

Looks like there is a way to do this using the MATLAB support package - http://www.mathworks.com/help/supportpkg/raspberrypiio/examples/working-with-raspberry-pi-camera-board.html#zmw57dd0e1407
