hello sir i am having one matlab code but i did not understand the meaning of this line "t(:,:)=t(:,:)+uint8(t(:,:)<1)".can anybody tell me the meaning of this line. thanking You

It is basically:
t = t+1 for t < 1
t = t otherwise
A clear way to write it might be
t(t < 1) = t(t < 1)+1;
