Hi Guys, I am working on an internet traffic classification system using DBSCAN. The trainig data is in .arff format(weka). How do i import the data to matlab? Plus the data is too huge i.e around 100 mb . So even wanted to know if matlab has any special tools to work on this data ? I have to implement the algorithm and show results in Matlab. But much of the help i have been able to find on the net is on java . Is there any good work-around for this situation? Please dont tell me you cant answer querries regarding third party softwares(weka), just tell me everything that would be helpful in my situation. with regards, mani

hello sir,
I am not able to import data completely into the matlab work space. Moreover i am using a different classifier, not mentioned in the weka interface. So i would be greatful if you can tell me how to import the data using weka interface and create my own classifiers for it. I had gone through the matlab weka interface but unortunately i have had no luck with it.
with regards ,
Mani
