Why I can not open apps which I have purchased?

I just have bought and activated the MATLAB 2015a license, but I have problems in opening some of the installed apps. For example when opening Curve Fitting Toolbox I receive this message Error using cftool (line 148)To use the Curve Fitting app, you must have a license for Curve Fitting Toolbox. Furthermore, I have a message in my command space Your MATLAB license will expire in 12 days.Please contact your system administrator or MathWorks to renew this license. Does anyone have an idea what should I do? Thank you!

As the message in the "command space" suggests, I recommend you contact your system administrator and/or MathWorks for help validating that your installation is using the correct license and/or help determining the cause of the problem (if it is already using the correct license.) You can contact MathWorks using the Contact Us link in the upper-right corner of mathworks.com.

Thank you for your answer. I've already contacted the support via email, so I should wait 24 hours to get an answer since I can not reach them on the phone.
