Hi,
I am getting a "License checkout failed, License Manager error -9" when I try to launch MATLAB version R2015b for the first time after activating my licence. I have tried reinstalling MATLAB and to no avail. I have tried redownloading the license but it everywhere I put the license file it doesn't seem to read it. I have tried reinstalling MATLAB with the licence key provided on your site and again the same error.
I am running a 64-bit Windows install. One thing that may be aggravating the situation is that MATLAB thinks that my computer name is "canex" which is the retail outlet where I bought the computer but I've deleted that User and made myself the administrator. I have no way of getting back to that old admin account, but it seems to still reside in the background. I need to have MATLAB recognise my current admin account called "Yann". Is there a way to edit this in MATLAB as I'm out of options to get rid of the old admin account info in my computer?
Cheers,
