How to add a liecense?

My university have purchased the Matlab and I want to install it,but I can not find how to add a license?How can I do it? Thank you. Waiting for your anwser.

In commercial organizations and universities, purchasing departments place orders for MATLAB and Mathworks will add the license and send the license keys to the Technical Contact and to the Asset Manager Contact. Those two people in turn are responsible for either doing the installation or conveying the keys to you along with the installation method.
