How to set the world coordinate system and choose the origin of the translation in SimMechanic 2nd generation

3 views (last 30 days)
Hi all,
In SimMechanic 2nd generation, combining Rigid Transform and Solid blocks it is possible to model compound rigid bodies. It is possible to move the frames (Rigid transform) using properties Rotation and Traslation, but always from reference frame of the solid. If I have all the coordinate points from the same origin, How I can set the location of the world coordinate system and how can I make the translation with Cartesian method from this origin and not from the reference frame of the solid?
In SimMechanic 1st generation it is possible to set the location of the world coordinate system and is easy to choose the origin of the translation, as you can see in the picture
Thank you very much Imanol
