Hello all, How ending point of cylinder is dependent on starting point and the angle on which it is rotated ? How can i get ending point of a cylinder ?

The ending point of any rigid body is dependent on the starting point, the angle of rotation, the plane of rotation, and the center point of rotation. The information about the how much rotation around which axes and the center of rotation can all be encoded into a rotation matrix. See for example http://inside.mines.edu/fs_home/gmurray/ArbitraryAxisRotation/
The information that you have available is the starting point and the angle of rotation, but you do not have any information about the plane of rotation or the center point of rotation. Until you can provide those, you cannot make the calculation.

starting point is defined by me , I know rotation angle, plane of rotation is z-plane , center point is mid point of cylinder . The solution in link you shared seems complicated .
