i have unused 50 MHZ bandwidth. I want to use it to for Wireless Broadband Internet Connectivity . How can i do the simulation ?. Is it possible to simulate ? if yes, thn which software can i use ?

You will need to use 802.11n in order to achieve 50 Mbits/s throughput in that bandwidth and so be eligible to call it Broadband.
