display of amplitude and time at each point in a range of a signal in simulink

I need to display the time and amplitude values at each point of a signal. Is there any such block in simulink to display the values? Please help me in this regards.

I'm implementing backward difference in simulink. Backward diff is the estimation of future values using past values. Past values should be defined by us at different points. Hence, I want a plot in which I can display the function values at the time co-ordinates that i specify.
