how i can get tally alphabet between image and answer?

this result after filter process. im stuck because its not tally.should i filter it more? using another type filter maybe?

I don't know what you did but you'll have to use a smarter algorithm. It's smart enough to recognize the difference between 0 and O so you'd think it should be able to recognize the difference between O and Q.
