GEOGRAPHIC COORDINATES Is : Long[45 ,32],lat [30,12]

You can use borders:
borders('countries','facecolor',[.82 .70 .44],'nomap')
set(gca,'color',[0.0118 0.4431 .6118])
axis([31 46 12 31])
xlabel 'longitude'
ylabel 'latitude'
