excel data extraction condition based

I am having excel data with 5 different variables(ex:a,b,c,d,e) and each variable can have three different values(ex:1,2,3)how can i extract data for all different conditions(using for loop). example-Condition1:1,1,1,1,1 (each combination will have 300rows).
